湿热环境肢体枪伤后局部变化与血中AKP、LDH、CK含量变化关系研究

摘要 目的了解湿热环境下枪伤局部组织病理变化与血清酶变化关系,探讨血清酶对评价损伤的意义。方法将12只犬随机分为湿热环境(HHE)组和常温常湿(NE)组,分别于火器伤后0、2、4、6、8、12、24h取伤道局部组织做病理切片检查,并同时抽取外周血检测碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量。结果两组伤道病理变化呈逐渐恶化趋势,湿热环境组伤后4~8h病理变化最明显,常温常湿组8~12h病理变化最明显;两组AKP、LDH、CK含量随时间变化呈逐渐增高趋势;HHE组较NE组变化提前且各酶含量升高趋势显著。结论湿热环境因素与枪伤因素同时作用后组织损伤更为严重,组织释放酶含量与局部组织损伤程度一致。 Objective To investigate the correlation between pathological changes in wound track and release of serum tissue enzymes (AKP, LDH, CK-N) in canine with gunshot on limbs in hot and humid environment. Method 12 canines were wounded with gunshot on limbs and then divided into two groups randomly:hot and humid environment (HHE)group, and normal environment (NE) group. Pathological changes in wound track and release of serum tissue enzymes (AKP, LDH, CK-N) were detected at the time points of 0, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 hours after the canines had been wounded. Results After the gunshot, pathological changes of wound track tended to deteriorate and the release of serum tissue enzymes tended to grow up. The pathological changes in wound track were the most obvious 4 to 8 h after the gunshot in HHE group, while they were the most obvious 8~12h after the gunshot in NE group. Conclusion With the effects of environment and gunshot, the damage of the wounded tissue tends to deteriorate, and the pathological changes in wound track are closely correlated with the severity of the wound.
