摘要
战后以来 ,尽管联合国体系的治理卓有成效 ,对推动国际社会的稳定和发展做出了突出贡献 ,但随着全球化的来临 ,它们无论在理论上还是在实践中都遇到诸多矛盾和问题。国际组织如何在全球化进程中发挥更大作用 ,其面临的主要问题又是什么 ?本文从全球公民社会和全球治理的角度 ,分析评价了联合国体系的作用和缺陷 ,并对政府间国际组织在当前国际社会中的定位 ,特别是在全球化进程中的管理和协调作用进行了较为深入的分析。
After the Second World War, the United Nations has played a vital role in promoting peace and development of the international community. However, with the coming of globalization, the UN system has also met a series of problems both in theory and practice. How can international organizations play more constructive role in the process of globalization? This article attempts to analysis the role and defects of the UN system from global civil society perspective and further evaluate its administrative and coordinative role in the process of globalization.
