摘要
欧盟自上个世纪 90年代中期以来 ,连续发表了多个对华政策文件 ,逐步形成了颇具特色的对华战略基本构想。本文在系统阐析欧盟对华战略框架演化过程基础上 ,就欧盟当前对华战略的基本构想及其对中欧关系的政策含义进行探讨。
The EU has issued a number of China policy papers since the mid-1990s, thus gradually putting into shape its basic strategic froamework towards China. This framework has certain charactoristics. The article, after systematic analysis of the process of evolution of EU strategic framework towards China, discusses the basic elements of current EU strategy towards China and its policy implication for China—EU relations.
