摘要
随着我国加入WTO ,我国铁路工程招投标逐步适应国际工程管理的需要 ,实行工程量清单报价已势在必行 .就当前我国铁路实行工程量清单报价存在的问题进行了剖析 ,针对这些问题 ,提出了相应对策 .
With our country's joining WTO, it is very necessary to carry out the inventory quotation of project quantity in order to meet the demands of international engineering management gradually. This article analyses the problems in the inventory quotation of project quantity and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
