微变电容式传感器的设计与应用

摘要 微变电容式传感器是为边境线、狱墙等场合的需要而设计的.该设计以传输线理论为基础,采用FFT算法和相位微分法检测与处理信号,利用同轴电缆的低频特性高灵敏地探测被测量,利用其高频特性测量被测量产生的位置.该传感器在狱墙报警系统中的应用结果表明,微变电容式传感器最大定位相对误差小于6.0%,误警率小于0.3%,漏警率小于0.2%. Micro-variation capacitance sensors are designed for use in guiding border-lines or confines. It makes use of the FFT(fast Fourier transform) arithmetic the phase differential coefficient to check and process signals based on the transmission line theory. High frequency characteristics of the coaxial-cable are used in detecting the signal, and low frequency characteristics are used in their location. Experimental results in a wall alarm system show that the sensor's relative error ratio in location is not more than 6.0 percent, the error alarm ratio is not more than 0.3 percent, and the miss alarm ratio is not more than 0.2 percent.
