摘要
目前我国高校博士管理工作中存在重视指标、忽略培养、经费短缺和管理效益低下的问题,因而应积极采取提高学术管理,调整管理权限,提高工作人员素质,完善博士后管理制度的措施。
There exist the following problems in post-doctorate administration in universities, such as evaluating only the index but neglecting the cultivation, lack of funds, lower efficiency in administration. Therefore some measures should be taken, such as improving academic administration, adjusting administrative power level, improving equality of the staff and bettering the administrative system.
