摘要
环境是影响城市社会和经济发展的重要因素之一,在城市发展的产品经济模式与环境经济模式中,佛山市应选择后者。从城市环境规划、建设、管理与发展的角度而言,政府应制定城市环境经济政策,同时要保证城市总体规划与环境专项规划的统一,并且要制定政策使用者合理的付费制度,从而为佛山城市可持续发展打下良好的环境基础。
Environment is one of the important factors of social and economic development in city,In the product economic pattern and environmental economic pattern Foshan city should select the latter. From the angle of a city's environmental program, construction, management and development, the government should make thr city's environmental economic policy , at the same time guarantee the unification of city's overall planning and environmental program, and form a reasonable consuming system to establish good environmental foundation for Foshan city's sustainable development.
