蜂花粉蜂胶对肉鸡生产性能及免疫性能的影响 被引量:21

Effects of Pollen and Propolis on Productive and Immune Performance in Meat Fowl

摘要 用蜂花粉、蜂胶作为饲料添加剂饲喂肉鸡,试验共分5组。复合蜂花粉蜂胶按不同比例分为A和B组,A组蜂花粉与蜂胶比例为5∶1;B组蜂花粉与蜂胶比例为2.5∶1;C组为单独蜂花粉组;D组为单独蜂胶组;E组为空白对照组。定期测定各组鸡的生产性能和免疫性能指标。结果表明,第6周龄末,A、B、C、D各试验组比对照E组的平均增重分别提高6.89%、9.29%、0.77%和2.03%;整个试验阶段以A组的饲料转化率高,比对照组节约饲料3.28%;A、B、C、D各试验组的屠宰率、胸肌率、半净膛率和全净膛率与对照组相比都差异不显著(P>0.05),A、B、C组的腿比率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第3周龄时各试验组血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和球蛋白/白蛋白等指标与对照组都差异不显著(P>0.05),第6周龄时血清中的总蛋白、球蛋白均以D组最高,与对照组相比都差异显著(P<0.05);第3周龄时C、D组的胸腺指数与对照组相比都差异显著(P<0.05),第6周龄时法氏囊指数和胸腺指数都以B组最高,分别比对照组提高22.77%和17.61%。 Pollen and propolis were used as feed additives to feed the LingNan meat fowl in an experiment. Meat fowlswere divided into five groups. The proportion of pollen to propolis is 5∶1 in group A, that of pollen to propolis is 2.5∶1in group B, single pollen is in group C, single propolis is in group D , and E is the control group. The productive and immuneperformance of fowls were measured. The result showed that the average body weights of group A,B,C and D increased by6.89%, 9.29%, 0.77%, 2.03% compared with the control by the end of week 6. During the whole experimental period, the feedconversion rate of group A was the highest, 3.28% less than the control group. No significant differences (P >0.05)betweenall test groups and control group in slaughter percentage, breastmeat percentage, semi-eviscerated percentage ,evisceratedpercentage was found. Group A,B,C showed significant difference with control group(P<0.05) in thighs ratio. No significantdifference was found in the content of total albumen, albumin, globulin, globulin/albumin in serum between all test groupsand control group in week 3. The content of total albumen and globulin of the group D was the highest ,which showedsignificant difference with the control group(P<0.05) in week 6. The group C and D had significant difference with thecontrol group in thymus index in week 3. The indexs of bursal and thymus of the group B was the highest in week 6, whichincreased by 22.77% and 17.61%, respectively,as compared with the. Control group.
