摘要
转轨时期 ,就业一直是中国国民经济发展中的最大难题 ,非正规就业作为解决就业问题的新途径 ,必将成为我国就业政策的首选。文章着重介绍了非正规就业的理论、特点、正功能 ,参与群体和领域 ,并就相关问题提出了建议。
During the transition period,employment has always been the most difficult issue for economic growth in China. Informal development provides a solution and comes to be a first choice of the policies. The paper emphasizes the informal employment theories,features,positive functions,and the applicable groups and fields,then proposes some corresponding suggestions.
