摘要
合成了由乙二胺或二乙三胺改性聚乙二醇的烷基多胺聚合物 (PMA) ,并对其结构进行了表征 ,同时研究了PMA添加到喷墨材料涂层中后对吸墨速度、清晰度、影像密度等记录性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,添加了PMA的涂层 ,上述三项性能均有较大的改善。其中由乙二胺改性聚乙二醇所得到的PMA具有更快的吸墨速度 (最快为1 1 5s)和更好的清晰度 (扩散率仅为 1 0 1 3)。
Alkyl multiamine polymer was prepared from polyethylene glycol(PG) modified with ethylenediamine or diethylenetriamine. Structure of the products was identified by IR. The effect of PMAs'addition in the ink jet coating layer on the speed of ink absorption, definition and the image density was examined. The experimental data show that these three characteristics of the coating layer containing PMA are improved. The product prepared from PG modified with ethylenediamine has a quicker ink aborption speed (1 15?s) and better definition(1 013).
