摘要
1988年我厂从英国引进一条眼镜片毛坯自动化生产线,采用了立式全电熔炉,并全部使用二氧化锡电极。 由于SnO_2电极的生产五艺比较复杂,在国内一直没有能得到普及。国内眼镜片毛坯主要生产厂家的引进熔炉大都采用日本保谷70年代电、气混合加热的生产方式,其电极既有钼电极,又有SnO_2电极。
From the point of view of practical production this paper discussed the application of tin dioxide electrodes in ophthalmic glass tank furnace,in particular,a seriae of feasible measures taken for protection of electrodes and prolonging their service life during the period of campaign.
