摘要
玻璃分相和析晶的关系常常是玻璃科学工作者感兴趣而容易纠缠的问题之一。两者间存在的联系,尚需作进一步的探讨。 在很多例子中,人们发现,当玻璃经受热处理时,分相总是在较低温度下先开始。此后,随着温度的升高,玻璃才出现晶化。所以,不少人早已认识到并提出分相是晶化先导的论点,但这一论点并不能概括全面的问题。在另一些系统中,即可看到,玻璃的微晶化可能不经过分相而进行。这些规律究竟能不能得到统一的解释,仍存在着一定的疑问。
Samples of phase separated fluor-aluminosilieate glass were studied by means of HR electron microscope and selected area electron diffraction.Two different types of phase separated regions,a small amount of submicro-cry-stals and their lattice images were found.The crystalline phase was proved by SA electron diffraction.Starting from the basis of thermodynamics of phase separation and crystallizatisn,the stability of crystallites were discussed.
