摘要
政府信用对社会发展起着相当重要的作用,由于种种复杂的原因,我国政府信用出现了一些下降的趋势。本文在对政府信用的内涵、结构和本质进行厘定的基础上,分析我国当前政府信用存在的问题及对政府能力产生的影响,并尝试探讨重塑中国政府信用的可行路径。
Government credit is of great importance in social development. Due to different kinds of complicated reasons, the credit of Chinese government tends to decrease . On the base of defining its connotation , structure and essence , the write has analyzed the major problems of shortage for government credit and the negative influence to government capacity. At the end of the write. the routes of restoring govemment credit have been discussed.
