摘要
对Ni60A自熔性合金粉末在氧乙炔重熔和中频感应重熔制得的涂层,分别进行了金相组织分析、表面硬度测试及腐蚀、磨粒磨损对比的试验.试验研究结果表明,中频感应重熔涂层中的晶粒细密,表面硬度值高;涂层的耐腐蚀性和抗磨性能优于晶粒较粗大的氧乙炔火焰重熔涂层.
Comparison experiment on the coatings produced out of self-fluxing alloy powder Ni60A with oxygen-ethine and mid-frequency inductive remelting is conducted in connection with the metallographical analysis of microstructure, test on surface hardness, and corrosive abrasive wear, respectively. Compared to the remelted coating with oxygen-ethine technique, the coating with mid-frequency induction can produce a coating with finer crystalline grains, higher hardened surface, and better performance of anti-corrosion and anti.
