摘要
坚持以德治国 ,干部教育必须加强党性教育 ,以提高广大干部的理论素养 ,自觉依法办事。坚持依法治国 ,干部教育必须加强法制教育 ,增强法制意识和法制观念 ,使之学法、懂法、守法、文明执法、依法行政。现阶段 ,党校干部教育必须坚持党性教育和法制教育相结合 ,才能有效地贯彻和实施以德治国和依法治国方略 。
To ruke the country of virtue,we must strengthen our Party spirits education and heighten our cadres theoretical level.To administer the country by law we must develop our cadres sense of observing laws,make them learn,know,and obey laws,and later do administration by law.At present,our Party School must integrate its spirits education with laws teaching,so as to build our socialist legal country better.
