摘要
从保证厂房柱列纵向稳定性的角度,对柱顶系杆和支撑体系的设计要求进行了研究.通过对理想体系的研究得到了对支撑体系的刚度要求;考虑实际工程中厂房柱和横系杆的初始缺陷,利用无量纲化的柱列平衡方程和微小干扰下平衡稳定性的判定方程,得到了对柱顶系杆及其支撑体系的强度要求.利用得到的数据进行公式拟合,经简化可用于实际工程中厂房纵向支撑的设计.
The stiffness and strength requirements of the industrial building longitudinal bracing system to maintain the stability of the building were investigated in this study. The stiffness requirement was derived from the ideal model. The strength requirement was derived taking into account the initial out-of-vertical state of the columns and the initial out-of-straight state of the connecting bars. The interaction of the cross bracings and the longitudinal connecting bars at the top of the columns was considered in the derivation. Both stiffness and strength requirements were expressed in the explicit forms and can be used in the practical longitudinal bracing system design work.
