摘要
目的 :了解山西省中小学生营养状况 ,以便科学地指导学生保健工作。方法 :按有关标准对 1999年至2 0 0 3年间 11个市 (地 )监测点在校的 36 5 15 5 4名中小学生进行身高、体重测量 ,并评价其营养状况。结果 :营养不良率在 6 6 9%~ 7 31%之间 ,平均检出率为 6 89% ;肥胖率在 4 5 9%~ 5 6 8%之间 ,平均检出率为 4 95 %。营养不良率和肥胖率均为城市高于县镇、中学高于小学。结论 :山西省预防控制学生营养不良、肥胖的重点应是城市学生和中学生。
Objective:To achieve an effective instruction on students'health improvement based on the research on nutrition level among the students of Shanxi province.Methods:According to relevant standards,we measured the weight in 3 651 554 students from 11 cities of Shanxi province from 1999 to 2003,and then assessed the data using the Body Mass Index(BMI).Results:Malnutrition rate was between 6.69% and 7.31%,the mean detectable rate 6.89%;obesity rate ranged from 4.59% to 5.68%,the mean detectable rate was 4.95%.Meanwhile,students from cities or secondary schools were at the higher risk of developing nutrient deficiency and obesity than those from rural areas or primary schools.Conclusion:According to the outcome of the research,we should pay significant attention to the prevention of nutrient deficiency and obesity in students from cities and students in middle schools.
