摘要
目的 :通过分析绝经后IUD取出困难的原因 ,探讨该人群取器时应用尼尔雌醇联合利多卡因的临床效果。方法 :对绝经大于 6个月的要求取IUD的妇女术前口服尼尔雌醇、术时配合利多卡因局部应用。结果 :4 6例取IUD者 ,一次取器成功 4 5例 ,占 97 8%。结论 :尼尔雌醇联合利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取IUD是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective:To analyse the cause of difficult removal of IUD in postmenopausal women to investigate the clinical effect of nylestriol in combination with lidocaine in the treatment.Methods:Oral nylestriol was preoperatively given women with over six months'postmenopause and local use of lidocaine was intraoperatively performed in combination.Results:Of 46 patients,one successful removal was found in 45(97.8%).Conclusion:Nylestviol in combination with lidocaine is safe and effective in removing IUD in postmenopausal women.
