摘要
主要讨论了一种测定海洋水色组分光吸收系数的测定方法。该方法使用了带积分球的连续扫描分光光度计,可直接测定海水颗粒、浮游植物、光合作用色素、非光合作用色素和可溶物光密度。同时在数据处理上用光程放大因子β来降低滤膜对光散射的影响,提高了测量精度,降低了测量误差。该方法具有普遍性,对Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类海水和淡水均适用。
This paper primarily discusses a measurement method for ocean colour spectral absorption coefficient, which uses the integral calculus ball to scan with the dual-beam spectrophoto meter and directly detect the seawater particles, phytoplankton, non-photosynthetic pigments and the optical density of soluble material. At the same time, in the data processing, the optical path amplification factor β is used to reduce the effect of filter membrane on the light scattering, raise the accuracy of measurement and lower the measurement error. This method is of universality and applicable to the class Ⅰ and Ⅱ seawater and the freshwater.
