摘要
概述7-氨基-3-去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7-ADCA)与7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)医药中间体的一些基本性质,例举一些以它们为原料合成的一些头孢抗菌素药物以及它们的市场前景。7-ADCA与7-ACA是目前医药市场上较紧缺的医药中间体,在我国有较大的发展空间。
This paper summarized the application,properties of 7-amino-3-desace toxycephalosporanic acid(7-ADCA)and 7-aminocephalosporanic acid(7-ACA). ADCA is a important intermediate which can be used to synthesize a number of antibiotis,such as cefradine,cefadroxil,cefalexin,cefetamet pivoxil,and so on. ACA can be used to synthesize antibiotis,such as ceftraixone,cefpodoxime,cefotaxime,ceftizoxime,and so on. The technical development and advances of 7-ADCA and 7-ACA in recent year are also discussed.At the same time,several view points and suggestions on how to quicken pharmaceutical intermediate development were put forward. ADCA and ACA,as medicine intermediate,are serious lack in China so these products have large market space to develop.
