摘要
本文根据钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀机理,介绍了钢筋锈蚀自然电位值的检测方法;结合大量的试验研究,分析了影响测试结果的主要因素及减小测量误差的措施,给出了确定钢筋锈蚀状况的判据。文中还介绍了新研制的钢筋锈蚀测量仪硬件与软件的设计。
This paper introduces the method of natural potential measurement of steel bar based on the mechanism of steel bar corrosion in concrete structure. By investigating the major factors affecting the measurement results,recommendations are made to minimize the error in the measurement andcriteria for the bar corrosion identification are put forward. As the result,a microcomputerized GXY-1 bar corrosion testing device was developed anddesign principles of the device and its corrosion software are presented inthis paper.
