摘要
介绍了在含有一定量碲的酸性介质中,用硅钼蓝分光光度法测定二氧化碲物料中的硅。其最佳吸收波长λ=730nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.41×104,硅质量浓度在0~1.0mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,线性相关系数γ=0.9999。碲极限量干扰试验结果表明,当ρ(Te)≤10mg/L时,测定数据稳定、可靠。
Determination of silicon in TeO_2 by silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometer in acidic media is introduced. When optimal adsorption wavelength is 730 nm, apparent mol absorption coefficient is 1.41×10~4 ,Bill's low is obeyed in the range of 0~1.0 mg/L for silicon mass concentration and linearity correlative coefficient is 0.9999. Interfere test on the limit of tellurium shows that the determination results are steady and reliable when content of tellurium is low to 10 mg/L.
