摘要
阐述了在本应采用强迫润滑方式的电机中 ,因某种原因没有稀油润滑站时 ,可从另一途径来满足电机轴承润滑的需要 ,设计一套在电机机座侧面安装油箱和油泵来进行轴承润滑的方式 ,暂称之为电机自带泵润滑 ,主要从其原理、结构及相关计算方面做以介绍。
The motor of which the lubricating method should be forced lubrication can be lubricated by another way under the condition without oil device, i.e. the oil box and oil pump are mounted at the side of the motor frame to lubricate the bearings, which can be called self-pump-lubrication for motor. This paper introduces the method in the aspects of principle, construction and relevant design.
