摘要
定向进化已经被广泛用于修饰和加强蛋白质性能的研究。蛋白质突变体库筛选方法的改变和完善进一步加强了定向进化技术在理解和设计新蛋白质实验中的运用。近年来报道了许多新的高通量筛选方法 ,这些方法已经越来越多地用于蛋白质工程的研究 ,并且解决了此领域中一些具有争论性的前沿问题。
Directed evolution has been widely used in the studying of modifying or enhancing protein performance. And the improvement of screening protein mutant libraries has further made it increase to apply directed evolution to experiments of understanding and designing new proteins. In recent years, a lot of new high-throughput screening methods have emerged and are increasingly being used to explore challenging issues in protein engineering.
