高放废液中铁的分光光度测定

摘要 建立了高放废液中铁的萃取分光光度测定法。在强酸介质中,以醋酸异戊酯萃取将铁与大量杂质分离,再以水反萃。加入磺基水杨酸使反萃液中的铁显色,以浓氨水使有色络合物转变为更稳定、摩尔吸光系数较高的络合物,进行光度测定。 A extraction-spectrophotometric method for the determination of iron in the HLLW is developed. In the medium of hydrochloric acid, the iron is separated from impurities with isopentanyl acetate. and then iron is back-extracted with water. Sulfosalicylic acid is addcd to colour iron. Then the coloared complex becomes to a new complex with higher degree of complexation by addition of ammonia. whieh is stable and has higher absorption coefficient. The absorptivity is determined. The preetition of this method is better than 2%, when the amount of iron to be determinted is in range of 0 20 μg.
