夏天无总碱提取物对痴呆大鼠脑内5-HT和DA含量的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Total Alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis(TARCD) on Content of Brain 5-HT and DA of Alzheimer's Disease Rats

摘要 目的 观察夏天无总碱提取物对痴呆大鼠脑内 5羟色胺 (5 HT)和多巴胺 (DA)递质含量的影响。方法 采用D 半乳糖腹腔连续注射 6周 ,制备大鼠痴呆模型。Y电迷宫法测试对大鼠的学习、记忆能力 ,采用荧光分光光度计测定大鼠脑内 5 HT ,DA的含量。结果 夏天无总碱提取物用量为 0 .5mg/kg ,1.0mg/kg时可显著改善模型大鼠的学习记忆能力 (P <0 .0 1) ,显著增加痴呆大鼠脑内 5 HT含量 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,夏天无总碱提取物用量为 0 .5mg/kg ,1.0mg/kg ,0 .2 5mg/kg时均可显著增加痴呆大鼠脑内DA含量 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 夏天无总碱提取物提高痴呆大鼠学习记忆功能的作用 ,可能与增加脑内神经递质 5 HT和DA有关。 Objective To observe effect of TARCD on changes of 5-HT and DA of Alzheimer's Disease Rats. Methods Alzheimer's rat models were induced by injecting D-galactose six weeks. Y-Electric maze and Fluorophotomentry were used to determine the learning and memory ability and the content of 5-HT and DA. Results In the TARCD group at 1.0 mg/kg;0.5 mg/kg can significantly improve the learning and memory of AD Rats(P<0.01). In the TARCD group at 1.0 mg/kg;0.05 mg/kg, the content of 5-HT significantly increased compared with model group,difference was significant(P<0.01; P<0.05).In the TARCD group at 1.0 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg; 0.25 mg/kg,the content of DA significantly increased compared with the model group,difference was significant(P<0.01; P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of TARCD enhancing learning and memory ability in rats wih Alzheimer's Disease is probably related with increasing the content of 5-HT and DA.
