胰十二肠切除术中胰肠吻合口漏的预防 被引量：8

摘要 对 2 0 0 2年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 2月连续性地于 10例 (A组 )胰十二指肠切除术中应用生物蛋白胶 (FG)改善手术操作 ,并将其胰漏发生率与之前的 70例 (B组 )同类手术作比较。结果 :A组 10例中无胰漏 (0 % )发生 ,B组发生胰漏 6例 (8.6 % ) ,其中 2例死亡。两组胰漏的发生率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。表明生物蛋白胶可降低胰肠吻合口漏的发生率。
