摘要
采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析法和PEG化学沉降分析法,对口服中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁家兔血清脂蛋白组分和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其亚组分的动态变化进行实验观察。结果表明,持续30d口服浓缩果汁血清总胆固醇呈明显下降,高密度脂蛋白亚组分胆固醇HDL2-C/HDL3-C比率明显升高。凝胶电泳分析结果,α-脂蛋白与β-脂蛋白的比值明显升高。
The Actinidia chinensis Planch is a kind of wild fruit ( or called Kiwi-fruit ) originally growing In China. The fresh fruit is the natural richest source for ascorbic acid. In the present paper, the effects of Kiwifruit concentrated fruit juice after fed to rabbit on rabbit serum total cholesterol, lipoproteins cholesterol and the subclasses of choleterol were investigated. By using a simple and quick method based on precipitation of lipid with polyethylene glycol ( PEG-20000 ) and by using enzymic diagnostic kit. The total serum cholesterol and high density lipoprotein subclasses ( HDL2 -C3 HDL3-C ) content were described. Also, different lipoprotein components of serum after oral administration concentrated fruit juice for continuons six weeks were measared by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that significant decrease of serum total cholesterol level was observed during continuous thirty days of oral administrating concentrated fruit juice. The α-lipoprotein/β-lipoprotein ratio by gel electrophoresis and the HDL2 -C/HDL3-C ratio by polyethylene glycol precipitation were present evident increased during six weeks oral administrating concentrated fruit juice.However the α-lipoprotein/β-lipoprotein ratio showed evident decrease two weeks after feeding fruit juice stopped.
