摘要
根据项目管理的基本思想,针对信息系统开发项目中的人力资源管理,阐述如何营造一个高效的开发团队,选择一个既有专业背景,又善于管理的项目经理以及在系统开发过程中合理配置人力资源,对信息系统项目的质量以及能否成功有着决定性的影响。
According to the basic conception of project management and manpower resources management of information system exploitation projects, this paper discusses the problems such as follows: how to build up an effective exploitation team; how to find a project manager having received special related training and being good at management; and how to rationally allocate manpower resources in its process of development. All exerts a greater effect on its quality and success.
