摘要
金融全球化是各国金融主体所从事的金融活动在全球范围内不断扩展和深化的过程 ,是社会生产力和生产关系发展的必然。在科技创新的促进、全球市场化改革的推动、非均衡发展规律的作用、金融扩张和金融霸权的影响下 ,金融全球化迅速发展。金融全球化的发展既给我国带来了重大的发展机遇 ,同时也将使我们面临前所未有的风险。因此 ,我国要健康地推进金融全球化 ,必须在坚持积极渐进式的开放模式、制定科学灵活的金融开放政策的基础上 ,全力提升国内经济实力 ,健全金融宏观调控机制 ,大力发展资本市场 ,健全市场体系 ,转变监管方式 ,完善金融监管体系。
Financial globalization is that in each country financial main part is engaged in the financial campaign in the course of expanding and deepening continuously in the sphere of whole world, it is the necessity that social productivity and production relation develop. Under the promotion in the innovation of science and technology, the promotion of global market reform, the role of the unbalanced developing law and the influence of financial hegemony and financial expansionism, financial globalization develops promptly. The development of financial globalization can not only bring significantly good fortune to the development of our country, at the same time also makes us face unprecedented risk. Therefore, our country demands to carry financial globalization forward healthily, insisting on the active and gradual open pattern, establishing scientific and flexible foreign open financial policy. We must pay full attention to promoting domestic economic financial strength and establish sound financial macro-control system, develop capital market and improve market system, change superintending way and perfect financial superintending system.
