摘要
资本短缺成为制约西部发展的一个重要因素。而发展缓慢的西部资本市场则是导致西部资本短缺的主要原因。加快发展西部资本市场可以有效地解决西部资本短缺的矛盾,最大限度地为西部大发展筹措资金,确保西部大发展战略的实施。
The main factor to restrict the development of the western is the shortage of capital.And the main cause of this is the slow development of the capital market in the western regions.So it may be the effective way to solve the contradictory of the lack of western capital by quickly developing the western capital market. It will raise money for the western development to ensure the carrying out of the strategy of western development.
