摘要
通过体质测量、数理统计、资料分析对比等方法,对江苏省高等职业院校学生的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的现状进行调查分析,并将所获数据分别与全国同年龄组的平均值进行比较研究。结果表明:学生平均体重高于全国同年龄组大学生,肺活量及部分身体素质指标低于全国同年龄组大学生平均水平。
The article investigates and analyses the students' Physical figure,function as well as quality by measuring their physique and comparing the data ,Then it compares the findings to the national average number of the same-old-group.As a result,the average weight is higher than that of the country, while chesty size and part of the physique standards is lower than that of the same-old-group.
