摘要
52例紧张性头痛病人服用静痛灵胶囊和安慰剂进行双盲自身交叉法治疗,同时观察服药前后病人血浆血栓烷(TXB_2)含量及颈动脉多普勒超声脑血流图各项指标的变化。结果发现用静痛灵治疗组效果显著优于安慰剂组,并观察到静痛灵组血浆TXB_2含量明显减低及颈动脉血流量明显增加,据此推断了该药可能的作用。
In a double-blind cross-over study the regimen of chinese herbs'jing tong ling'was compared with Dlacebo in the treatment of tension headache in 52 patients. Before and after the first treatment peroid, the plasma thromboxane (TXB_2) levels and carotid artery blood flow were measured in both groups. The results indicated that'jing tong ling' was superior to placebo, and the plasma levels of TXB_2decreased, and the carotid artery blood, flow increased highly afar'ring tong ling' medication. From this, the possible mechanism of 'jing tong ling'effeet was drawn an inference.
