摘要
报告经脑活检证实的5例CJD,对其9份EEG进行分析,PSD模式者占病例数的2/5,占EEG检查数的3/9。发病后10周内无1份出现PSD模式。讨论了EEG对CJD的诊断价值。
Five cases with subacute spongioform encephalopathy(CTD) confirmed by brain biopsy had received totally 9 EEG examinations, which were analyzed in this artical. PSD pattern was seen in 215 cases and in 3/9 EEG examinations. PSD pattern was not shown within 10 weeks after onset. The diagnostic value of EEG in CTD was discussed.
