摘要
讨论了一种新型声波测距系统的机理。由赫姆霍茨谐振器的原理知 ,容器体积 V与其谐振频率 ω0 之间存在着数学关系 ;当传感器探头向料仓扫描式发射频率段时 ,探头同时接收回波并由单片机检测出谐振频率 ω0 。依据谐振频率 ω0 值求出料仓体积 V ,从而求出料位 H。谐振式传感器探头由动圈式高频电动扬声器、电容传声器及单片机控制板组成 ;声波由电动扬声器发射 ,声波接收采用电容传声器。该传感器可应用在精度要求不高的固态料位、粉状料位和液位的检测。
A new type of system mechanism of sound wave range finding is described.According to the mechanism of Hemhuz's resonant chamber the mathematical model of between the resonance frequency ω 0 and storage bin's height H is existed.When the sensor's searching unit scaningly emits a range of frequency,the sensor's searching unit soon receives the echo and detects the resonant frequency ω 0 by single chip microcomputer.The storage bin's volume V is derived by means of the resonant frequency ω 0 and then the bin level H is also derived.The sensor's searching unit is composed of tweeter,capacitor microphone and micro-controller.The sound wave is emitted by the tweeter.The echo is received by the capacitor microphone.This new sensor can be applied to no higher precisely to detect solid state bin level,dust bin level and liquid level.
