摘要
高校已成为中国科学技术研究的主力军，在中国“科教兴国”战略中，高校正在发挥着无可替代的重要作用。如何发挥高层次人才在高校科研工作中的主导作用是高校科技管理工作的重要內容。加强高校思想政治工作，做好科学技术研究的组织工作、科研基地建设，形成“产学研”相结合的管理模式。
Universities have become the backbone in scientific research in China. However, there are some problems in the management of research work in universities. Causes of these problems might be due to some social factors and managing strategies. After an analysis of the problems and some causes, this paper proposed some possible solutions to the problems, such as modifying the management system, changing the criterion for evaluating research results and combining efficiently the research results with application of those results into manufacture.
