摘要
口服耐受可以防治自身免疫病 ,其作用机制十分复杂 ,涉及到调节性T细胞、树突状细胞、辅助性T细胞及凋亡等一系列免疫反应及调节的步骤。口服耐受具有操作简单、无明显的毒副作用的优点 。
Oral tolerance can be used to prevent and treat autoimmune diseases. Its mechanism is very complex, which involves a series of immune reaction, regulatory processes mediated by regulating T cell, dendritic cell, help T cell and apoptosis. Oral tolerance has advantages of easy manipulation and less adverse actions,and it provides a new method for treatment of autoimmune diseases.
