摘要
从实验上和理论上对光折变晶体Bi_(12)SiO_(20)的电光效应和光电导效应进行了系统的研究,并进一步探讨了这两种效应中出现的非稳振荡现象.
This paper presents a systematic study on the electro-optic and photo-conductive characteristics of Bi12SiO20 crystal experimentally theortically. The instability oscillation phenomenon is discussed.
