骨髓干细胞向心肌细胞分化的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 心肌细胞在生理和病理状况下存在细胞增殖现象。骨髓干细胞被认为是再生心肌细胞的来源之一。骨髓细胞不论是全髓细胞、造血干细胞 ,还是间质干细胞 ,体内移植都可向心肌细胞分化 ,在一定程度上改善心功能。体外诱导不仅可出现心肌细胞表型 ,还表达功能性受体。
