摘要
在分析现代高校图书馆人才资源建设与管理现状及其存在问题的基础上,提出了实现现代高校图书馆人才资源建设与管理目标应采取的对策。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of t he talents resources construction and management of the modern university librar y, and puts forward some countermeasures for realizing the goal of the talents r esources construction and management.
