摘要
凸轮磨工件旋转变速控制的瞬时速度与磨削方式、工件类型有关。无火花磨要求磨削点沿凸轮表面线速度一致,粗磨、精磨时要求恒磨除率,不同类型的凸轮轴升程不同,每个凸轮的初始相角不同。这些不同可以用不同的变速数据文件来实现统一的变速控制。给出两种变速控制电路框图都是实际可行的。
The transient speed of the workpiece's rotation in the variable speed control of S-CAM grider is related to the modes of grinding and the types of workpiece.The same linear velocity is required when sparking out grinding and yet the rate of grinding must be constant during rough and finish grinding.Different work spindles have different strokes and there is a different original phase angle in each cam.The general variable speed can be accomplished if using different data files.The paper provides two block diagrams of the variable speed control circuit and both of them are practicable.-
