摘要
垃圾电厂对解决城市环保问题具有重要的意义,但是,建设垃圾电厂存在一些问题,为此,探讨和分析兴建垃圾电厂的原则:垃圾电厂厂址的选择必须满足国家环境保护标准的要求;设备选型必须安全可靠、经济适用;机组主设备尽量国产化,可降低工程造价;垃圾电厂的营运必须加强在线监测,实现污染物达标排放。相信在兴建垃圾电厂的过程中,这些原则的实施,能使环境保护更加良性发展。
Building refuse power plants is an effective method to solve environmental problems of cities. This paper analyzes the principles in constructing refuse power plants, i.e. 1) the siting of the plant must fulfil national environmental protection standards; 2) the equipment must operate stably and economically, and should be indigenized to the greatest extent to reduce engineering costs; 3) on-line monitoring on the operation of the plant should be strengthened and the pollutant emissions be controlled to satisfy relevant standards.
