摘要
回顾20年来学术界在"一国两制"的含义、影响、实施、意义、特点等方面的研究,我们可以发现,一方面,学术界对"一国两制"的研究在科研成果和基本立法两方面取得了突出的成果;另一方面,也应看到学术界对"一国两制"的研究在学术性、前瞻性、应用性和创新性四方面仍存在着严重的不足。为此,今后学术界应加强对"一国两制"在其具体实施、台湾模式、制度创新、国家整合以及港澳地区的政治与社会发展等方面的研究。
A review of the research studies concerning the implications, influence, implementation and characteristics of the 'one country, two systems' strategy reveals that, although a lot of articles and monographs have been published and great breakthroughs have been made in the formulation of basic laws in resent twenty years, the study of 'one country, two systems' strategy is still seriously flawed by its lack of systematicness and originality, and its insufficient attention to the prospect and the implementation of the strategy. Therefore, the study of the 'one country, two systems'WT strategy should be focused on following areas: the implementation of the strategy, the exploration of the Taiwan model, system innovation, national integration, and the social and political development in Hang Kong and Macao.
