摘要
研究目的:系统探讨和研究联邦德国空间规划。研究方法:文献资料法。研究结果:从空间规划的法律环境出发,系统地解析德国空间规划的内容体系。介绍德国空间规划、联邦州规划、发展规划和区域规划的主要内容,分析出德国空间规划的特点。研究结论:规划应该根据空间特点制定和实施。
The purpose of the paper is to introduce and analyze regional plann ing system in Germany. The method of documentation was employed. The paper start s with introduction to legal framework regarding regional planning in Germany, f ollowed by thorough analysis of the whole planning system. The major contents of German regional planning, federal state planning, development planning, regiona l planning were also introduced. The characteristics of German regional planning were revealed. The paper concludes that a plan shall be made and implemented ba sed on spatial characteristics.
