摘要
要搞好非公有制企业民主管理,必须对它进行切合实际的定位,确立科学的民主管理理念和灵活多样的民主管理形式,在这一点上,西方企业有很多成功的经验值得我们学习和借鉴。
Democratic management in the non-public enterprises must have an actual fixed position, establish scientifically democratic managem ent ideology and a flexible variety of forms. At this point, the enterprises in western countries have many successful experiences that we can study and make use of.
