摘要
目的 :评价不同方案治疗精神分裂症的经济效果。方法 :对 1 32例精神分裂症住院患者分别用 3种不同的治疗方案 :A组用氯氮平 ;B组用利培酮 ;C组用奎硫平。运用药物经济学用成本 -效果分析方法比较。结果 :3种方案的疗效无显著差异 (P>0 0 5 ) ,B方案成本 -效果比最低。结论 :B组治疗方案是
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the economic effectiveness in three different therapeutic schemes for schizophrenia.METHODS:132 patients with schizophrenia were divided into 3 groups,They received different therapeutic scheme:A:clozapine;B:risperidone;C:quetiapine.RESULTS:There was no significant difference among three different therapeutic schemes( P >0 05).Cost-effectiveness ratio of scheme B is the lowest.CONCLUSION:scheme B is the best one among the different therapeutic schemes for depression.
