摘要
本文从ARPA软硬件设计、使用性能指标等方面,剖析了ARPA应用于避碰的局限性,以提醒广大航海人员应当十分重视ARPA的局限性对避碰及导航的影响,不断提高使用和数据分析、判断的能力,确保航行安全。
Based on the software and hardware designs of ARPA, and the performance specifications, this paper makes an analysis of ARPA's limitations in collision prevention. It warns the.officers against the influence of ARPA's limitations on collision prevention and navigation.
The officers should improve their abilities of data analysis and judgement to ensure safe navigation.
