摘要
采用失重法评价了静置或旋转条件下 ,不同蒸汽氧化处理及氧化 +离子硫氮共渗复合处理的H1 3钢试样在 75 0℃的ADC1 2铝液中的熔损性能。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了试样表面处理后生成的薄膜 ;分别用光学显微镜、能谱仪分析了熔损试样铁—铝界面组织和局部成分。蒸汽氧化试样显示了良好的熔损抗力 ,尤其是在动态旋转的情况下 ,这与表面薄膜的组成、性能、熔损机制等多种因素有关。
The specimens of H13 steel were oxidized in the steam of different parameters,and some of them were then sulphur_nitrided in plasma atmosphere, their erosion resistances in liquid aluminum of ADC12 at 750℃ were evaluated by the weight loss method.The surface films of the specimens after treatment were analyzed by the optical microscopy (OP) and the X_ray diffraction meter (XRD). The microstructure and the partial composition of Fe_Al interface structure were examined respectively by the OP and the energy spectrometer. The steam oxidized samples which showed outstanding erosion resistance especially under the dynamic/rotating condition were due to the factors of the film structure,the film property and the erosion mechanism.
