摘要
以不同的激光输出功率 ,对试样进行扫描处理 (激光束移动速度为 2 0mm s) ,并对处理后试样的尺寸变形、沿深度方向上硬度分布进行了测试。结合不同深度位置的显微组织 ,分析了激光扫描处理后试样表面显微硬度沿深度的变化规律 ,探讨了硬度与显微组织相对应的激光加热区内的各个子区域 (完全淬硬区、过渡区、热影响区 )的划分、形状和大小。
The effect of laser treatment on the surface microstructure and the hardness of GCr15 steel was investigated by scanning the samples with different laser output power at a speed of 20 mm/s. The distortion and the micro hardness distribution in the inner section of the treated samples were measured. Combined with the microstructure in the different depth position, the variation of the micro hardness along the depth direction was analyzed. The division, shape and size of the different sub-zones corresponding to the micro hardness and microstructure inside the total laser heated zone were discussed, such as the completely hardened zone, the transition zone and the heat influenced zone.
