摘要
介绍了膜分离技术在氨基酸、维生素B12 、抗生素、丙烯酰胺水合液等生产中的应用 ,并着重介绍了聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维微孔膜在发酵液精制与菌体浓缩中的应用。特别是所采用的TWF双向流工艺流程 ,大大提高了膜的工作效率 ,尤其适用于发酵液等较黏稠液体的过滤与精制。
There is the introduction of the membrane separate technology in the application of producing amino acid,vitamin B 12,antibiotic,acrylamide and water solution.Introduced the application of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) hollow fiber membrane in the refine of the fermentation liquor and the concentrate of the thalli.In particular the two-way-flow(TWF) technological process that adopted,which it improves the membrane work efficiency greatly,it is especially applicable the sticky liquid filtration and refine.;
